Before you begin your ride, make sure the handlebar is stable and tight. Please check if it is aligned with the front wheel, to better keep the balance when riding. If not, please report it to us.
Make sure the stem is fully fixed into the frame before riding. If not, please report it to us via reports@thtenn.com
Grip: Please keep both hands on each side of the grip when riding as riding with one hand is not considered as safe riding and may cause accident. Please Check for cracks, cuts or signs of wear for a better grip. Loosely fitted grips can slip off, potentially resulting in loss of control and falling. If Grip is loose, please report it to us via reports@thtenn.com
Brake Lever: Squeeze each brake lever before riding to make sure that there is resistance, neither too tight nor too loose.
Seat post is fitted with a rivet to prevent the pulling out from the frame. With height indicator, please adjust the seat post height to suit your height before riding.
Clamp: Lift up the clamp to adjust the height of the seat post and push down to set your preferred height. Please check that the clamp is not loose when pushed down to tighten the set height. If the clamp is loose, please report it to us via reports@thtenn.com
Saddle: The saddle is fitted with a handle, it is easy to hold and lift up the whole smart bicycle. Before riding, please check the tightness of the saddle to avoid rotation. If the saddle is loose and rotates after tightening, please report it to us via reports@thtenn.com
Front Hub is Alloy dynamo hub with integrated drum brake, visually check for cracks, cuts or signs of wear. Please also listen for abnormal sound as this may indicate loose components. If you sense any loose ends, please report it to us via reports@thtenn.com
The Chain cover protects the chain from dust and rain and needs maintenance from time to time. Please visually check for sound and cracks and if you are not sure of it safe use, please report it to us.
The Crank set also requires maintenance from time to time. Please visually check for cracks and abnormal sound. If there are cracks or any abnormal sound, please report it to us via reports@thtenn.com
Please visually check whether the tension is correct. Its maximum play allowed when moving the chain is 1cm or half an inch in either direction. This also requires maintenance from time and your visual check before riding will help keep it in good condition. Please check for rust, cracks and abnormal sound before riding. If you not in good working condition, please report it to us.
Pedal is fitted with reflectors which also enhances visibility, and requires maintenance from time to time. please visually check to make sure it is in good working order before riding and if not in good working condition, please report it to us via reports@thtenn.com
The yellow coloured wheel reflector is installed in front and rear wheel of Our vehicle for visibility, Please visually check for cracks or any abnormality before riding. If not in a good working order, please report it to us.
The front and rear tyres are non-inflatable and fitted with reflective line. Please check for abnormalities before riding If the wheel wobbles

The stainless steel spokes supports pressure from the rim. Kindly check for cuts, looseness, signs of wear or any missing spoke. If you observe any abnormalities, report it to us.

The front plastic Basket which comes with a solar panel is also fitted with a white reflector for visibility. The maximum load is 5kg. It can not be used to take children onboard. please check for abnormalities of all 3 components to make sure they are in a good working order before riding. The front plastic basket cannot be used to take children onboard. User will need a specialized child seat typically mounted either on the front or the back of the vehicle. Unfortunately, we do not provide this and will advise user not to attempt mounting a child seat on our vehicle as this is not permitted and will be a breach of agreement, terms and condition. Mounting a child seat will be at user’s risk.
The adjustable kickstand alloy allows upright and stable vehicle parking. Please visually check for any loose nuts and bolts and test to make sure it is in a good working order before riding. If not, please report it to us via reports@thtenn.com
